Staff and food, all was pleasant! The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a nice area, very close to restaurants, hospital and the pool and the space in the room and downtown.

Everything was good, had a such wonderful stay. We only stayed 1 night, but the hotel staff were ready to help - ticked all the boxes for us. Tidy room and modern style bathroom. Unbeatable location in New Orleans. Finally, the property's restaurant was nice.

The stay was excellent, reasonably priced hotel. The room I stayed in was absolutely perfect and silent. Very central location with pleasant views. Beds were perfect and staff were ready to help.

Comfy location, kind staff, satisfactory breakfast, consistent wi-fi. I was in a queen room with a modern bathroom and nice furniture. Liked New Orleans, the hotel was basic. Easy check in and good service throughout my stay.
Air conditioner was a bit noisy; not so great views.

It was a very peaceful stay, absolutely brilliant place. The room was extremely pleasant, the bathroom was modern. Staff were very engaging lot of time. Restaurant in hotel was good and the pool area was clean:)))

Nice service, tidy rooms and outstanding breakfast. I got free upgrade and liked it. The bed was soft & the staff there were happy! The staff did all they can for a fabulous stay.

Neat space and ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC breakfast. All staff was absolutely amazing, resolved my issues. Relaxed by the pool, it was nice, especially when the weather was warm. Had no problem using their paid parking, the internet was strong.

I loved the lobby, it was cozy. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of awesome options. All employees were extremely helpful. The service was friendly here.

Great stay overall. Hotel was in a perfect location with extremely pleasant staff. Appreciated that the room included climate control, a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. Besides, free Wi Fi worked flawlessly.
